● The Operator Room

When you're ready for the room, it's open.

Free software gets you the foundation. The AI Build Room is where I show you the rest: one capability a week, the templates and skills I actually run, and a room of operators building the same thing on their own machines.

Questions

Straight answers.

What is Libro?
A free, open-source (Apache 2.0) AI operations framework for Claude Code. It adds persistent memory, reusable skills, and structure on top of Claude Code, all in local files on your own machine. It's the same system we run Cerebro on.
Is Libro really free?
Yes. Apache 2.0, no subscription, no lock-in. You bring your own Claude subscription or API key; Libro never proxies your traffic or holds your data.
What does "operator-owned" mean?
You own the parts that matter: your AI's memory, your searchable index, and your rules, stored as files on your own hardware instead of someone else's cloud. Uninstall anytime and your files stay with you.
Do I need to be technical?
You need to be comfortable installing Claude Code and running a terminal command. The free starter kit includes a plain-English install checklist and three starter skills that work on day one.
Who is behind this?
Cerebro Cyber Solutions is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business founded by Victor Gonzalez. We build AI operations infrastructure and prove it on our own government-contracting work before shipping it.
